This machine is sold as is where is no warranty or product liability. STMG is an acting broker for this transaction and has no knowledge or is in any way liable for any alterations to this unit before, during, or after this transaction is completed. STMG recommends that all machines be inspected by the buyer or buyer's agent (factory or certified technician) before final payment. 

Additional Notes: STMG is not responsible for any rigging, utilities, or transport - these services can be provided and is considered a straight pass through ($250 Admin Fee) therefore absolves STMG from any liability or responsibility. This transaction does not include any type of tooling, software, training or installation unless otherwise negotiated. This invoice/transaction must be paid in full before the machine will be released by the seller. It will be to the discretion of STMG whether to refund any or all of the deposit should this transaction become null and void. Any payment submitted regarding this transaction is an acknowledgment and acceptance by the buyer of all terms stated in this document. All sales are final after 100% of funds are received.
