Heesemann MFA 10 Frame

This sander is equipped with vacuum for safe movement of work-pieces shorter than 500 mm (19.7") in feed direction.   

Bar Code Scanner 

Approximately 50 barcodes (e. g. for article numbers) can be stored with the respective parameters (e. g. sanding program, workpiece thickness and feed speed). After reading the barcode, the respective data can be recalled and the machine adjusts accordingly.

Control for Excessive Work-Piece Thickness 

Control for excessive work-piece thickness in front of the first orbital sanding unit is necessary to prevent work-pieces more than 4/10 mm (0.016") than orbital unit from running into the orbital unit (prevents work-piece crashing).

Rotating Pneumatic Panel Cleaning

Timed with the work-piece, rotating pneumatic compressed air nozzles remove dust from the work-piece at the machine outfeed.  

Emergency Stop
